Cooke City real estate is in demand—an impetus being given it by the almost certain construction of a railroad to that point next summer. Last week William Randall purchased for an eastern party two lots in Cooke, for which he paid J.B. Tate $500 [11,367.10 today].—Bozeman Chronicle
