Historical Note
This week the Museum is proud to unveil its newest exhibit, "He Might Strike it Still." The exhibit illustrates the life of Anastazie Zucker, a Bohemian immigrant who, with her husband Anton, lived in the mountains around Cooke City for nearly 40 years waiting for the big strike. Against the backdrop of the interpretation of her cabin, her words stand out against the walls as her heart-breaking, beautiful letters come to life. On July 19th the Museum will not only celebrate its 2 year anniversary, but also it will honor the life of Anastazie Zucker. Please join us!
